After being the second airline in the world to introduce SMS bookings, Jetstar is the first Australian airline to offer a mobile version of its website for its customers to access via the mobile web. Jamie will explain Jetstar's plans to stay at the forefront of airline customer technology following the introduction of free sale codeshare and interline e-ticketing with Qantas and Japan Airlines, sum of sector pricing, dynamic currency conversion, a dedicated booking engine for hire cars, Kiosk Check-In and Web Check-In.
