Emily Boyd - Founder, Remember The Milk
Emily Boyd is the founder of the Apple Design Award winning company, Remember The Milk. With a background as a designer/developer, Emily created MatMice which has more that 1.5 million kids using it throughout the world in over 200 countries. She co-founded and designed Remember The Milk, a way to manage tasks online. Emily was once NSW Young Australian of the Year and became very well known when she and her two sisters, Sarah and Elise created MatMice, which helps kids to create their own homepage, with no adult assistance whatsoever from their home-base in Newcastle when they were 16, 14 and 10.

Dr Richard Favero PhD - Founder & Chief Executive Officer, SOPRANO Design
Richard is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the leading Australian mobile messaging and wireless application infrastructure provider SOPRANO Design. Richard has been responsible for the international expansion of SOPRANO Design establishing the European operations in Paris and London. SOPRANO counts as its clients Telstra Corporation, National Australia Bank, Accor Asia Pacific, Transurban, Visa, Ascom and Qantas.
Richard is a leading researcher in the fields of mobile technology, software engineering and speech recognition technology. Continuing his commitment to Australian technology research and development, Richard and SOPRANO are actively engaged with the research community supporting research projects at the University of Sydney and the University of Technology Sydney.
Richard provides high level strategic consulting services for technology adoption, corporate impacts of technology to blue chip Australian companies and commercialisation services to early stage technology companies.
Richard is a director and early investor of several technology companies spanning financial services, software and biotechnology.
Prior to founding SOPRANO, Richard worked as a technical project manager and team leader at Telstra Corporation. Before joining Telstra Corporation, Richard was a software engineer at Gestetner Lasers.
Richard has provided consulting services to BHP, National Australia Bank, SingTel, Optus, Alcatel, Visa Europe, Hewlett Packard, and Invensys.
Richard completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Sydney in speech technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) Honours 1 at the University of New South Wales.

Martin Hoffman - Ulysses Ventures
Formerly the CEO of ninemsn, Martin is now managing a portfolio of digital media and technology investments under the banner of Ulysses Ventures. These include the listed Loop Mobile Limited, TotalTravel.com.au and DNAML Ltd. During his time at ninemsn, Martin quadrupled the company’s revenue over three years. He previously held senior roles at Fairfax Business Magazines and Fairfax Digital between 1999 and 2002, including starting and building the online auction business SOLD.com.au before its sale to Yahoo! in early 2001 for $24m.

Alan Jones - Doing Words
Between co-founding startups and working for corporates such as Microsoft, Yahoo! and News Digital Media, Alan has a broad range of experience in online media. He was Yahoo!'s second employee in Australia, was Product Director, South Asia for Yahoo! Inc., co-founded Home Screen Entertainment and has worked for a diverse range of businesses including mobile startup Bluepulse.com. He's presently working on an internet travel start-up, Trippything.com. He has just returned from six weeks in the Himalayas, which he says is 'all about getting into the heads of travelling customers.'

Dr Marisa Maio Mackay - Director of Research, m.Net Corporation
Marisa is responsible for the development and integration of research into the role that m.Net plays as Australia’s leading mobile marketing solutions company. This involves tracking the changing landscape of attitudes, behaviours and trends in the mobile space in Australia and globally. This is achieved through client specific research, in-house research and industry driven initiatives.
During her time with m.Net, Marisa has carried out research on behalf of media and telecommunication clients including Yahoo!7, Seven, Pacific Magazines, Austereo, Hutchison 3G Australia, Telstra, and the Australian Government. Together with AIMIA she manages the annual Australian Mobile Phone Lifestyle Index Survey. She also instigated and manages Australia’s involvement in the annual global Wireless Mobile Data Survey. She has a PhD in Marketing and Information Systems in the area of ‘Forecasting Market Demand for Breakthrough Products’. Additionally, Marisa has undertaken extensive research and consulting into the value of brands and is a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide.

Ramin Marzbani
Ramin Marzbani is regarded as a leading technology, internet and financial services analyst and researcher in Australia and Asia. Ramin was the CEO of www.consult from 1995-2003 and oversaw the transition of the company to ACNielsen following the sale of the business in 2000. The company has gained recognition for pioneering work and excellence in 13 countries. Antony McGregor Dey - Chief Executive Officer, QMCODES

Before founding Nomad, Dan was the Australian Head of Adult Entertainment for 3 mobile where he developed and drove 3's Adult Entertainment strategy. The portfolio of high-revenue products included Chat, Dating and Age Restricted services - the latter of which is known as "Premier" and features leading mobile content from the likes of Playboy.
Whilst at Hutchison Dan lead the development of Australia's first Mobile Age Verification System - "Access All Areas". This restricted access system allowed 3 to enter a commercially attractive category whilst, at the same time, meeting the expectations of shareholders, management and the community alike.
Prior to 3, Mr Rosen's experience has primarily been at media and technology companies with roles spanning accounting, marketing and ecommerce for firms such as EMI Records, FOXTEL and OzEmail Internet.
Dan is an Associate of the National Institutes of Accountants and holds a Masters of Business (Marketing and eCommerce) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Oliver Weidlich - Ideal Interfaces
Oliver draws on a background in psychology, experience in usability and understanding of mobile technology to identify key issues for client business strategy, and customers, and to recommend & design solutions. He has a wide range of experience evaluating and improving the end-to-end customer experience with mobile devices, portals, applications and content. Oliver has consulted to clients such as; Hutchison, Optus, Telstra, ninemsn, ABC, and RPO.
As part of the local mobile industry Oliver is playing a key role in the design and project management of the Australian Mobile Phone Lifestyle Index, which looks at mobile content usage in the local market, a project on behalf of the AIMIA Mobile Content Industry Development Group. He also co-hosts Mobile Monday Sydney, a mobile focused networking night.
