    Course Content

    The workshop will:
    • Give an overview on how to develop an Environmental Management Plan, set ESD performance targets and how to incorporate these into your current management approach
    • Identify the key opportunities for improvement in the normal FM operational activities and how these can be incorporated
    • Develop additional measures to gather data about ESD performance and other opportunities that arise when other changes are being considered
The workshop will be an interactive experience, enabling you to explore how to improve ESD outcomes in your own situation.

    Course Presenter

Steve Moller is the co-author of the Facilities Management and Maintenance module on the Your Building web-site. Throughout his 28 year career, he has worked in many different aspects of energy efficiency in buildings including services design, computer modelling, energy auditing and energy related research. In his current role at SBE - Sustainable Built Environments his role has expanded to cover all aspects of ESD performance in both new and existing buildings.

Wherever possible, industry speakers are engaged to provide their perspective at workshops and offer the opportunity for attendees to discuss experiences and ask questions.
