I-SPAN 2008 Registration

Registration at I-SPAN 2008 entitles delegate to attend all keynote conference and workshop sessions, welcome reception, gala dinner, lunch, morning and afternoon tea during the conference.

ISPAN 2008 Registration Fees (Early Bird - up to 29 February, 2008)

Student conference Registration: AUD$440
Additional conference dinner ticket: AUD$110

Important notes about our events

Student status
Students whose enrolled fraction at an acceptable tertiary institution is greater than 60% may register as students. Students must fill in sections on the form listing the name of your supervisor, as well as other details on the form. The page should then be printed, signed by your supervisor and sent via FAX to Vikki Yip on +61 2 9423 8855 or mail to Level 4, 120 Clarence St, Sydney, Australia. Click here to download the form.

Students must have their supervisors signoff for student registration rate.

Payment
Credit card is the preferred method of payment. This method of payment will allow you during the registration process to automatically pay for your registration fees, and to have your registration confirmed immediately by our system. If payment by credit card is not possible, please send a fax to +61 2 9423 8855 or e-mail ispan08@slatteryit.com.au to request an alternate payment method. Note that there will be an extra fee for this service and registration is not complete until payment has been received.

Please note: Slattery IT is the authorised registration company for I-SPAN 2008. Invoices and credit card references will be in the name of Slattery IT.

Cancellation
Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat before April 7th, 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after April 7th, 2008. If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after expenses incurred by the Conference have been deducted.

If unable to attend, a colleague may attend in your place.

VISA
All authors in need for a letter of invitation in order to get their Australian visa should email me on a.zomaya@usyd.edu.au.
